The buyers are on the way back. Slow and steady uptick in the buyer activity. My clients are diverse in many aspects, from 1st time home buyers to investors with sophisticated needs and wants. Locations all over the Phoenix Metro area.

Short Sales are everywhere right now. It is challenging because the seller is asking the bank to settle a mortgage debt for less than the amount owed. This process takes time and a buyer must be patient.
